Crochet is a family craft; My Mother, my Nana, and even my Great Grandmother all crocheted. I grew up seeing them do it and have always loved it, so I think it was just natural that I learned how.

I had learned to crochet when I was a teenager, but didn't really start doing it on a regular basis until about five years ago! I was pregnant with my daughter and crochet became an addiction.

But, I kept running into the same problems over and over: I had a hard time following patterns. Some of the instructions were to wordy or the patterns were saturated with so much information and it was too hard for me to stay focused. And I also kept having a hard time finding patterns that were exactly what I wanted, so I would often end up making my own. This started me on the path to creating my own designs.

Now, I design patterns that are simplified, but still beautiful! They are easy to follow for learners like, but the results are amazing!
